Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

We currently ship to selected domestic and international locations. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.


Lost or Delayed Shipments


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


If your order appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and contents. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
